Privacy Policy
Aqoon360 provides mobile and web tools for universities, staff, lecturers, students, and approved administrators. This policy explains what data the platform processes and how it is protected.
Effective date: May 27, 2026Aqoon360 collects only the information needed to provide university administration, learning operations, attendance, support, and student service workflows.
Name, email address, role, institution, campus, faculty, department, program, year, student ID, lecturer ID, and profile details configured by your university.
Classes, timetables, attendance sessions, announcements, event check-ins, service requests, payment review metadata, and related workflow status.
Device type, app version, authentication session data, push notification tokens, diagnostic logs, crash data, and security events used to keep the app reliable.
Camera access is used for QR scanning, attendance, student ID, and event check-in workflows. The app does not store camera images unless a user or administrator explicitly uploads a file.
Aqoon360 does not sell personal information. Data may be visible to approved university administrators, staff, lecturers, or platform operators only when their role requires it. Aqoon360 uses service providers such as Firebase and Google Cloud to host, authenticate, store, protect, and monitor the application.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and institutions, to enforce security policies, or to respond to an authorized institutional request.
University records are retained according to the institution's academic, legal, and operational policies. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion through their university or by contacting Aqoon360 support. App data deletion requests can also be submitted through the Data Deletion Requestpage. Some records may need to be retained for audit, safety, or legal reasons.
Aqoon360 uses Firebase Authentication, role-based access controls, tenant-scoped Firestore rules, HTTPS transport, least-privilege administrative workflows, and production review gates to reduce unauthorized access risk.
Aqoon360 is intended for use under a university or college account. Students should follow their institution's privacy and records policies. Where a guardian, parent, or student has a data question, the institution remains the first point of contact for academic record decisions.
Depending on a user's role and university configuration, Aqoon360 may process contact information, identifiers, user content, diagnostics, usage data, and education-related records. These data categories are used to provide app functionality, security, support, notifications, and analytics.
